It is simply that for orders shipped from November 23rd through December 25th, the Standard Return Policy of 30 days is extended until January 31st. Any unopened item can be returned for a refund. If a purchased item is defective or broken, you can exchange that item easily for the same item or store credit. That means that any item that applies to the standard Sonic return policy and is shipped out between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2010 will receive an extension to the items standard return policy. It is as simple as that. You can shop worry-free and be confident in your purchase.
